Googlplex Topography...Coastal Marshlands or Garbage?

So, let's be honest, working indoors for 8 hours a day makes you itch to get outdoors whenever the possibility presents itself. So me and my co-workers decided to explore the natural beauty surrounding the GooglePlex. For sometime I had been convinced that the "hill" across the street
was actually just a landfill, seeming as how the rest of the surrounding areas are flat and a similar landfill site sits on the direct opposite side of the bay in Fremont. Our trip up "vista slope/garbage hill" didn't answer my question, but did offer a nice arial view of the GooglePlex and a plethora of Rodents.
Another place of interest is the Permanente Creek, which runs right behind our building and is home to Egrets and these beautiful Mallard Ducks.
